Mary and Scott Randolph met at a local salon where Mary was a busy hairdresser and Scott was the “shampoo boy.” Thirty years later, they have three salon locations with more than 90 team members, 10 of whom been with Randolph’s for 20+ years!
The Randolph’s Salon brand is synonymous with education, having been the two-time recipient of the coveted Redken Educational Excellence Award. Our culture is that of highly educated, professional, kind, and compassionate individuals who strive for nothing but the best for their guests and for each other.
